If it is heavy, awkward, or has to be gone today.

One trailer or a whole property. You do not have to sort it, stage it, or drag it anywhere first.

Junk removal

One item or a full trailer. You point, we carry, we sweep up after. No pre-sorting, no dragging anything to the curb before we arrive.

Garage and basement cleanouts

The spaces that have been filling up for fifteen years. We work through it in one visit and you get the room back.

Estate cleanouts

Slow and careful where it matters. We set aside anything that looks like a decision, not a dumpster.

Property turnover

Rentals between tenants, houses going on the market. Cleared and swept on your timeline.

Heavy and awkward

Hot tubs, safes, appliances, treadmills. The things two friends and a pickup should not attempt.

Donation runs

Anything still good goes to a charity instead of a landfill. We load it, secure it, and deliver it in the condition you handed it to us. It is the part of the job we like most.

A weathered American flag, folded.
A free service

Free flag retirement.

Have a weathered, damaged, or old American flag? Hand it to us. We make sure it is respectfully retired through proper ceremonies with local legions and veteran organizations.

No charge, with any scheduled junk removal service. Zach is a combat veteran. This one is not a promotion.

Honoring our flag. Respecting our heroes.

The damage happens in the last six feet.

Almost nothing gets broken on the road. It gets broken on a stair landing, in a doorway, or against a wall somebody just painted.

  • Every piece blanket-wrapped and strapped before it moves
  • Door jambs and banisters padded before the first trip out
  • Floors covered along the whole path, not just the entryway
  • An enclosed trailer too, so weather never becomes your problem
  • We walk the route first and tell you if something will not fit

Two friends since grade school.

Zach Boozel and Austin France have been building things together since they were kids, including a demolition derby car with milk crates for seats. Zach served in the military. Austin is the one who cannot leave a thing alone until it is right. They started Iron Valor because they would rather own the work than do it for someone else.

If someone invites us into their home, we want them to feel comfortable having us there.

Commercial work and contracts.

Property managers, contractors, and building owners. Licensed and insured, recurring or one-off, and we can hold a schedule.

Commercial cleanouts

Offices, retail, warehouses, and storage units. Cleared between tenants or ahead of a renovation.

Minor demolition

Interior tear-out. Sheds, decks, fencing, cabinetry, flooring, non-structural walls. We haul the debris out with it.

Construction debris

Job-site cleanup and haul-off on your schedule, so your crew is not losing a day to the dump run.

Property management

Apartment turnovers and evictions. Standing arrangements welcome, and we invoice.

Estate and foreclosure

Realtors and banks. Whole properties emptied and swept, documented before and after if you need it.

Recurring hauling

Weekly or monthly pickups for businesses generating more than the dumpster handles.

Veteran-owned, SDVOSB certification in process

Iron Valor is licensed and insured, and majority-owned by Zach Boozel, a service-disabled combat veteran. SAM.gov registration is active, and the company's Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business certification is in process with the SBA, which will open federal set-aside and sole-source contracting.

Iron Valor Services were fantastic. They were very responsive, came within a couple of days of contacting them, and were very affordable and great to work with. Would recommend them to anyone needing any unwanted items removed. There is no job too big for these guys!
